He has worked in business and finance since the beginning of his career.

He gained transaction experience at Navigator Capital Group, advising business owners on company sale processes and learning first-hand the perspective and concerns that accompany a change of ownership. Today he sits on the buy side, but runs the process at the owner’s pace, knowing that the decision to hand over a business built over many years is not made in a month.

He combines analytical rigour with direct dialogue with owners, allowing him to assess a company together with its context rather than through numbers alone. In conversations with founders, he values substance and relationship-building. He begins by understanding the company’s business legacy and identifying common ground for cooperation.

An investor and executive with over fifteen years of experience in advising and managing portfolio companies. He began his career in the strategy function of one of the largest FMCG manufacturers in CEE, where he coordinated more than 20 M&A processes, including cross-border transactions across Europe. Since 2018, he has actively built and managed family wealth and his own portfolio of investment companies, also deploying his own capital, including in technology projects. He has previously served as CEO and supervisory board member at more than a dozen companies.

He currently serves on the management boards of, among others:

• ICsec S.A. — an IT solutions provider specialising in industrial cybersecurity, where he brought major Polish companies into the shareholder base, including Orlen S.A. and Tauron Polska Energia S.A. He contributed to a fifteen-fold increase in revenue over two years while maintaining investment and operating cost levels.
• ESCOLIGHT Group — companies specialising in the investment, financing and maintenance of energy infrastructure, where he brought a WSE-listed energy company into the shareholder base. He contributed to building assets worth more than PLN 100 million within two years.

He is responsible for finance, corporate governance and sales. He brings distinctive expertise in structuring and modelling sales, building market verticals and leading performance-oriented teams.

He combines operating and supervisory experience with legal, corporate and transaction expertise, making him a valuable adviser in evaluating and structuring investments and subsequently managing a fund portfolio effectively. As a supervisory board member, he focuses on effective cooperation and value creation rather than grand declarations.

Petro Kocherhan is an investor and entrepreneur focused on private equity opportunities in the small and medium-sized business segment across Central and Eastern Europe. He is the founder of Rockfront Capital. Previously, Petro worked in private equity at Horizon Capital and in management consulting at BCG.
